Bayolan

BMI offers standard products for the food industry made of the raw material milk, e. g. Whole Milk Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Cream Powder, Yoghurt Powder and Buttermilk Powder. However, the main focus of BMI is the production of special whey products for the food industry sold under the brand Bayolan.

The brand Bayolan includes the standard product Sweet Whey Powder and further a wide range of special products for the food production, which bring along outstanding processing qualities and fine functionalities.

We use a technically complex process to remove the minerals, which disturb the flavour, from our (partially) Demineralized Whey Powder. This provides a genuine typical milky taste and a pleasant sweetness. Another special product line of the brand Bayolan are protein-enriched Whey Protein Conentrates, which may be used for several applications in the food industry.
