Eleven factories in the BMI group

The Bayerische Milchindustrie eG (BMI) plays a major role in the German dairy industry.The steady extention of our production and distribution sites reflects BMI's dynamic growth. We take advantage of the specialisation of our plants and use the different processing focus with our wide range of goods optimally.

We manufacture milk and whey powder in five factories. In our four cheese factories we produce hard cheese, semi-hard cheese and blue cheese. In two factories we process milk to fresh dairy products. Therefore, we can fulfill a wide range of customers' needs.
