Every day our milk producers provide valuable services for the environment and our society and they stand up for the welfare of their animals with a great deal of passion and energy.
All our farmers are involved with the quality management system “QM-Milch” (QM milk) and follow strict requirements concerning feeding, welfare, and health of their cows. Thus we satisfy the wish of our consumers for healthy, high-quality, and sustainably produced products.
Optimal care and feeding of the animals is very important to us – as a basis for high-quality milk. Therefore, we support our farmers in the area of animal welfare wherever possible because we know that optimal care of the animals has positive effects on their health and thus also on humans and the environment. For example, we offer grants for homeopathy training to reduce the use of antibiotics.
